    Wallingford residents are to be given a chance to share their views over a plan to ban most traffic from driving over Wallingford Bridge.   • £31m to be spent on Oxfordshire’s eco economy

    Oxfordshire Local Enterprise Partnership says it will more than double the size of the industry focused on the environment, creating thousands of jobs and cutting carbon emissions.
