Talk by David Bermingham about the Ipsden biogas plant, short AGM, and socialising

We are delighted to welcome David Bermingham, a Goring resident who has planned and seen through to completion the building of the Ipsden plant. This is cunningly designed to minimise any adverse impact on the landscape. At full capacity the plant will produce 10 million cubic metres of biogas annually. The talk will explain the vision behind this innovative project and how it functions in practice.

Rubbish Art Exhibition

Beautiful, original art from "found objects" will be on display and for sale by "silent auction", created by the Treehouse Gang and local artists. Light refreshments will be available. The proceeds will go to building the new Treehouse ecoschool

Swapshop and repair cafe

Pass on items which are clean, safe and genuinely reusable, once you have finished with them. Everyone is welcome to bring things for reuse, or to take things away; you need not bring anything before you can take anything, for free. No money changes hands, although donations are always welcome.
